Subject	boost leak testing issues

Message	the leak tester will hit 3 1/2 psi to 4 psi, but it'll all leak out in 15 seconds. It sounds like it's flowing through the system with no external leaks. I've read that sometimes the valves are too open, so I started the car to reposition the valves, but it still did this. What's going on here?
